Efforts by the Colorado Department of Corrections and the Division of Child Support Enforcement to address parenting issues faced by incarcerated parents are examined. Following an introduction, this report has sections about: the program for incarcerated parents -- the problem, goals, program components, and service delivery issues; program for released offenders -- problem, creation of the Work and Family Center (WFC), organization and staffing, client referral, implementation issues, and service issues; and conclusions.
