Transition from Prison to the Community [Videoconference Held February 12, 2003] [Participant's Manual]

Information regarding the National Institute of Corrections' transition initiative and model, based on extensive practitioner input, and created by Abt Associates and NIC for use by state correctional systems, is imparted during this 3-hour videoconference.
