The Georgia Cognitive Skills Experiment Outcome Evaluation Phase II. Final report

Outcome findings for Phase II of this study of 1,155 parolees and 192 pre-release prison inmates are presented. The following sections comprise this report: executive summary; introduction; methodology; experimental and control group comparisons; responsivity -- which offenders benefited most from the cognitive skills program?; "what works" -- characteristics of effective programs; and discussion and recommendations.
