Results from an evaluation of the gender responsiveness of two therapeutic communities (TCs) -- one a drug treatment program (KEY) and the other a work release program (CREST) -- are presented. Sections comprising this report are: executive summary; literature review; program description; scope and methodology; detailed findings for recent graduates' assessment, curriculum review, client satisfaction assessment, and focus group analysis; analysis and discussion; and preliminary draft recommendations. Both TCs are gender appropriate.
