Family Dependency Treatment Courts: Addressing Child Abuse and Neglect Cases Using the Drug Court Model

Issues surrounding family dependency treatment courts (FDTCs) brought up at a 1999 focus group of teams from the most well-established FDTCs (e.g., Kansas City (MO), Reno (NV), San Diego (CA), and Suffolk County (NY)) are discussed.
