Results from a five-year, three-site evaluation of the Intensive Aftercare Program (IAP) are provided. This report contains an executive summary and the following five chapters: introduction and background; methodology; implementation in Denver (CO), Las Vegas (NV), and Norfolk (VA); outcomes according to recidivism, recidivism and subgroup analysis, and intermediate outcomes; and summary and conclusions. "Their is no evidence that the project had its intended impact of reducing recidivism among high-risk juvenile parolees" (p. viii).
