(Statistics &Research)
Recidivism rates for three therapeutic courts (i.e., Anchorage Felony DUI Court, Anchorage Felony Drug Court, and Bethel Therapeutic Court) are determined. Six parts follow an executive summary: measures of recidivism; amount and timing of recidivism during one year after release; description of participants; recidivism rates related to offender characteristics; type and seriousness of new convictions; and findings and recommendations. The re-arrest rate for participants following one year after graduation is 13%.
