Site coordinators are the bridge between the studio broadcast team and local site participants. For the satellite program to be successful, NIC needs a site coordinator team at each site.

Local site teams should consist of one group facilitator for every 6 to 8 participants, and a person familiar with the site’s satellite/ Internet technology.

One team member should be designated as the lead site coordinator.
