:: HOME > About Our Training > Training Logistics & Venue ... > If you are selected to attend a training program in Aurora, a pre-paid hotel reservation in a single room will be made for you at the Radisson Hotel Denver Southeast. If you plan to arrive early or depart late and stay at that hotel or bring someone with you to share the room, you should call the hotel directly to arrange for the additional nights and/or persons and to advise the hotel of your form of payment. The hotel charges $10.00 per night for each additional person you bring with you to share your room.

If you require disabled or special accommodations, you must request them upon acceptance to the program.

If the training starts in the morning, participants are expected to spend the night before the class begins at the hotel. If the training begins in the evening, participants are expected to arrive at least one hour prior to dinner (which is served at the hotel from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.).

NIC does not pay for lodging for participants from federal agencies, nor for other "pay own way" participants. In those cases, participants (or their agencies) must pay for their lodging and meals and NIC cannot reimburse them. Specific logistical information (including costs of lodging and meals) will be sent to these participants along with their invitation letters, if selected.
